	Our Staff Our Goal Our goal is to provide the kind of care that will enhance your child's learning and critical thinking abilities, foster creativity, and promote self-confidence. Staff Training Kids Kollege has an exceptional staff certified in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers and director have over twenty years of experience combined caring for young children. All of our teachers and the director are trained in first aid and CPR and are well prepared to handle emergencies. Teacher to Child Ratio The Center has one teacher for every eight to ten children, exceeding California State requirements of one teacher for every 12 children. Meetings and Conferences Our staff is always available to talk with you about any concerns you have. We are also available for conferences.
